As a pioneering organization, Nature Life International, Kerala, has been fast gaining a reputation through its nature cure centres and its various activities and products. Many who have been declared as beyond cure by other systems have their own story to tell after attending Nature Life course. It is not only those who have lost all hope who come to Nature Life; even eminent people like V.S.Achuthanandan, the Former Chief Minister of Kerala; Narmada-bachao Andolan fame Medha Patkar; Arundhathi Roy, the well-known activist and writer; Justice P.K.Shamsuddin; Justice C.S.Rajan – and the list continues – have become ardent votaries of nature cure. It has a humble beginning. Established in 1998 by Dr Jacob Vadakkanchery, a Gandhian activist and social worker, as a health-care centre at Alwaye, Kerala, it has now Six centres in different parts of Kerala and variously located camp sites in Thailand.
