Barbie: Life in the Dreamhouse is an online web series of computer-animated shorts produced by Arc Productions and distributed by Mattel. Barbie is the lead character of the show. The series centers on the life of Barbie, her friends, siblings and her boyfriend Ken Barbie is a fashion doll manufactured by the American toy-company Mattel, Inc. and launched in March 1959. American businesswoman Ruth Handler is credited with the creation of the doll using a German doll called Bild Lilli as her inspiration.
