Rep. Devin Nunes (CA-22), born October 1, 1973, has served in the U.S. House of Representatives since 2003. He represents California's 22nd congressional district, which is located in the San Joaquin Valley and includes portions of Tulare and Fresno Counties. He is Chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and also serves as a member of the Ways and Means Committee.
