Hello my beautiful yoga friends, thank you for joining my online yoga community! My channel features shorter as well as full length yoga classes (30 - 90 minutes). I´m teaching a variety of styles. My favourite one being Yin&Yang; the Yang part being more active, the Yin part being more passive with longer held postures. I also love teaching Vinyasa/Hatha Flow classes in which I´m emphasising connecting dynamic yet slow and deliberate movements with the breath.
