Welcome to my Channel! I'm Kristen, an American personal trainer, pilates and barre instructor based in London, UK. My channel is all about fitness, workouts, and well-being. I create workouts to get you motivated to move. After all, workouts should be fun and I believe variety is key. I trained as a dancer and many of my workouts have developed from my dance background. I make the workouts easy to follow so you can do them at home with little or no equipment. If you are new to exercise or a regular gym bunny I know I have the perfect workout for you from Pilates, Barre, Abs, Weights or HIIT. Let's move! Welcome to Belly Strong, your one-stop shop for Pregnancy and Postpartum workouts and resources. All of our workouts are led by a qualified musculoskeletal and pelvic physical therapist (Gibwa), and aim to build core and full-body strength while maintaining mobility, relieving pain and optimising function. Our routines use pilates-based principles, but we also include general fitness exercises to get you looking good and feeling strong! You'll find workouts for each trimester as well as postpartum, educational videos, and you'll get to exercise along (safely) with someone at a similar point in their journey.
