Welcome to Amazing Embassy Cooking! We are posting recipes created by embassy chefs assigned to various foreign embassies located in Tokyo. These recipes can be made at home and they include many recipes that everyone knows as well as those that are unknown, and they show the substitution of Japanese ingredients. These dishes are served to guests of embassies in Tokyo. The ambassadors and spouses have usually travelled widely throughout the world and are connoisseurs of the world’s cuisines.
