CAFEGUARD PROJECT by Barista Fausto & Chu After 15years spent in the hospitality industry with Chu(wife) in Sydney Australia, the couple decided to move to South Korea where she belonged. They arrived in the middle of the corona "pandemic" and their plans were compromised. During this time in Korea they figured out many cafes were struggling to make a living and after speaking with the cafè owners, they noticed a lack of service by those companies which suppose to support them and instead they were leaving them to their destiny. These circumstances made the couple decide to use their 15 years accumulated experience in the hospitality field and come to the rescue of those coffee shops in need of direction and guidance, both technical and psychological. That's how CAFEGUARD was born
