Willkommen auf meinem Kanal! Auf diesem Kanal gehts um Fitness, Bodybuilding, Training, Ernährung, Supplemente und mehr! Mein Name ist Dr. med. Yannis Karrer und ich komme aus der Schweiz, in der Nähe von Zürich. Ich betreibe seit 2010 mit Leidenschaft Bodybuilding. Nebst meinen Tätigkeiten als Athlet und Online Coach darf ich mich seit 2020 als diplomierten Arzt vorstellen. Ich bin zudem forscherisch tätig im Bereich der Sportpsychiatrie und -psychotherapie. Mit meinem medizinischen und sportlichen Hintergrund möchte ich euch auf diesem Kanal sowohl wissenschaftlich fundierte Tipps vermitteln, als auch Erfahrungen als Coach weitergeben und meinen Werdegang als Athlet dokumentieren.
